You know that feeling…
That feeling when something just feels right?
A while ago my husband and I were looking to purchase a different house… While touring a potential home and retreating to our car in disappointment, we noticed some stakes along the side yard. Intrigued, we questioned the agent and walked over to the area. As we stood there overlooking a beautiful acre of property that could potentially be for sale, I remember that feeling of lightness…of excitement…of possibility. It was a feeling of knowing…knowing that this was right. An energy that I was attracted to, that felt expansive.
I could call this ‘luck’, but I don’t believe that.
Some people would refer to this as ‘unconscious thinking’. But that doesn’t resonate with me either.
I believe it’s bigger than that. It’s that gut instinct that tells you ‘yes, this is right’. It’s our internal guidance system that knows instinctively what is in our own best interests. Our intuition is meant to guide us to the right decisions…ones that are aligned with our purpose and our journey. Decisions that create more energy within our journey.
When we listen to our intuition, we naturally feel more in alignment with what our purpose on this planet is. We feel more energized. More powerful.
That’s how it’s supposed to be.
So if you’re disconnected from that, are you making the decisions that are right for you? Are you making decisions that energize you and align with your purpose and direction?
The next time you’re facing a decision, tune in. How does that feel? Does it excite you? Does it energize you? Listen to that. It’s aligning you further in your journey.
PS: If this resonates with you, let’s talk. You only have one life. xo
