Coaching is about empowering you to realize the genuine wisdom and knowledge you already possess. You really do have everything you need!  My role is to listen behind the words to help you realize what you really want.  My role is to be empathetic and listen without judgement.  My role is to keep you focused and ask the challenging and provocative questions to focus your re-discovery.

Coaching is a proven process for helping people improve their lives. When there’s something we want but can’t quite seem to make come true, there’s something else blocking the way. Coaching is about releasing those blocks and discovering ways to step over them. It’s about transforming your current life into the life you’ve dreamed of — the life that’s been dreaming of you. Whether it’s realizing deferred dreams, finding peace in the midst of change, wanting a life of abundance or trying to figure out your life purpose, coaching can help you get there.

Coaching is support from a person meant to understand, guide and uncover…but the real work is yours to do.

You really do have everything you need!  If specific training, resources or education is needed, I will help guide you in finding the information you need. I’ll also stay engaged with you as long as you wish while changes are enacted, encouraging and helping to keep you focused. I’ll also assist in modifying your goals as the need arises.

What Coaching Is:


Coaching is a unique opportunity to focus and move forward on your personal, professional or organizational goals through the exploration of ideas and candid dialogue with a confidential and unbiased thinking partner.

Coaches are involved because you want help with a situation, transition or goal.  Coaches are your support but also there to guide and challenge your thinking.

As a coach, I hold your very best interests at heart.  This is the motivation behind my provocative questioning, techniques and tools.

You are in charge.  My job is to help you find the answers and uncover any obstacles that are standing in your way.


What A Session Looks Like:


A session looks like a conversation that includes provocative questioning, techniques and tools that are designed to challenge what you think and believe.  It is designed to have you question everything that could be standing in your way of achieving the goals that you most deeply desire.


What Coaching Is Not:


Coaching is not therapy.  Unlike Psychiatry, Psychology, Psychotherapy or Counseling, Coaching focuses on the future.  Where do you want to be, what do you want and how can I help you to get there.  Coaching is perfect for those that desire change.






Our first conversation will be approximately one to two hours so that I can find out more about your situation and where you would like to take your coaching.  This call is an important step in figuring out if I’m the right Coach for you. By the end of the call, you’ll know if it’s a fit.  I ask my clients to be “all in”:  Bringing your full powerful self, invested, authentic and not perfect, but willing to explore your true needs and desires.

Each session is for exploring the specifics of what you want, getting into more detail as time progresses.

There is no one-step universal method.

We’ll be working towards your goals together.  If it’s your first time in coaching, you might wonder why I don’t simply tell you what to do.  Coaching is a little different.

I don’t have the answers, you do.

I have the techniques, skills and expertise to probe behind what you aren’t saying to help you fully discover yourself and your power.

Coaching program length is based on the client’s needs.  But let’s be real….It takes time to break the pattern of behavior that got you to this exact spot.  The routine and the habits that are based in the everyday make it easy to slip back into old patterns.  One time sessions don’t elicit lasting permanent change.  Repetition is the key.

It’s when you are feeling stronger, more capable, hopeful, and in touch with your true self, you will have much more self-awareness and a sense that you have completed a piece of work. You will be doing things differently and making behavioral changes. That’s when you’ll know.

Coaching is intended as a support for mentally well individuals and is not a replacement for counseling or therapy.
